Answer: Hi dear usually PCOD or ovarian cyst do not pose any problem in your fertility means they do not create any issues for you to be a pregnant or to conceive now it depends on the types of cyst that you have and in most of the times if your period is regular then there is no problem but if your periods are irregular then it is important for you to undergo medication regularise your period and then try for pregnancy,Ovulation depends on your periodic cycle and to be safe counting from first day of periods on the 9th day through 18 days you shud try every alternate days , fr example you are at your fertile best when you intercourse within day or two when you ovulate. The ovulation happens about 14-16 days after the first day of your last period, If your cycle is 28 days long. An egg lives for about 12-24 hours after being released from the ovary. Hope this helps!

Answer: Hi dear, it is normal.the extra weight of pregnancy often becomes more noticeable in the 2nd trimester.as pregnancy progresses, the uterus puts more and more pressure in the lower body, leads to pelvic floor weakness, this pressure can cause a feeling of fullness in the vagina or generalised pain and pressure in the pelvis and hips.so not to worry.stay active and take proper rest.if it is severe you can take paracetamol tablet.take care
