Question: I always have headache due to sinus can i have painkillers during pregnancy

Answer: Hi,of any medications it is advisable to consult to the doctor because it is very important that you take only safe medicines during the pregnancy however for headache you can also try home remedies you should apply Eucalyptus oil on the forehead you should take Ginger Honey paste one teaspoon twice a day you should make a thick paste of Cinnamon and water and apply on the forehead and keep it for 20 minutes this whole also help you to get relief if nothing else you should consult the doctor
Answer: Hi dear Taking painkillers often is not a goof practice not alone during pregnancy also on your normal life cycle..instead try this for your head ache..drink lot of water due to oxygen supply decreases you may get head ache water ll increase your oxygen level and keep you legs in a bowl of warm water for 15 min and relax youself..this ll help to control your headache problem
