Question:Hi all, is cephalic presentation posterior placenta grade 0 maturity normal at 19 weeks??
Answer: Yes dear, it is normal.where placenta is attached to back wall of uterus upper side is called posterior fundal segment placenta.it is completely normal place for it to implant and develop.it should not cause any problems during delivery.cephalic is the best position for your baby to be in for labour and birth is head down, so there will more chance for normal delivery if mother is not with any complications during pregnancy.in cephalic occipito anterior position is more best to allow baby to move more easily through the pelvis.take care and all the best.
