Question: I Am feeling constipation n fatigue.... And so much negativity n anxiety what should I do?

Answer: Hello dear. Negativity and anxiety is due to hormonal changes which is normal and will settle once ur hormonal changes settle down. Some of my own tried and tested tips for gas during my pregnancy will be to Try smaller, more frequent meals, to include Exercise in your daily routine, make sure to Drink plenty of water, Watch what food you eat, Avoid artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and fatty fried foods, Under situations of severe gas, a small piece of jaggery will help relieve it. Based on my personal experience as nothing worked for me in 8th month and this remedy helped, Having green leafy veges and fruits and also Fiber intake should be increased more of salads with lunch and dinner will help. Morning breakfast you can have with oats to help in constipation. Hope this helps

Answer: Hello This is a very common problem all pregnant women go to through this the main reason for the constipation is due to harmone over load especially the harmone progesterone wch relaxes all the muscles in the body wch means the food will move slow in the intestine. Iron supplements are also a cause for constipation. Include ghee in ur diet it is known to relieve constipation keep ur self hydrated drink warm beverages. include high fiber food like vegetables fruits lentils etc wch will help you in combating constipation. As ur body produces more progesterone it relaxes all the muscles in your body because of This ur digestion process can slow down this produces gas which cause bloating burping and hurt burns.
