Answer: hi dear It is gud to take iron rich foods to increase hemoglobin. Heamoglobin helps inblood fow to ur baby from body as well.u can include the foods such as meat fish Soya products tofu. Eggs broccoli spinch, nuts, beans, peanut and chikkis.u can also drink beetroot and carrot juice
Answer: You can eat pomegranate, dates, gooseberry, spinach, dry fruits. One of my friends used to eat 6-7 dates, 1 gooseberry per day & that helped her a lot to increase her hb.
