Question
Answer: Hello dear. Mild to moderate earwax buildup is common in children of all ages. Though you can wipe the external ear clean with a washcloth. Inserting a tool or cotton swab into your baby's ear can push the earwax even deeper into the ear, which can cause an infection. Cleaning inside the ear can also puncture the baby's eardrum. If you're concerned about excess earwax buildup, you can try hydrogen peroxide drops, but you must first consult with baby's pediatrician. Take care.

Question: how to clean babies ear?
Answer: You should not clean your baby ears if your baby is not showing any signs of itching or rubbing his ears or crying while rubbing his eyes and ears . because sometimes because of MisS judgement the ear bud can go far into his ear Canal . which is already very short and is developing so even though if there is any kind of wax build-up you will accidentally push that inside more inside and it will cause more pain to the baby. so wait for your baby till your baby is 1.5 and then you can take him to an ENT and he will do a warm normal saline rinse in your baby's ear to free up the build up of the wax

Answer: Gently rub the washcloth around the outer ear to pick up any wax build-up there. Never put the washcloth inside baby's ear. You wouldn't do it with a cotton swab, so don't do it with a washcloth. It's not how to clean baby earwax. I used to clean it while giving bath to my daughter. Hope it helps.
