Question
Answer: Dear the perfect remedy for an infant is,  applying baby vicks vapour rub on your baby's back, chest and feet. Make the toddler wear a comfortable pair of socks after applying vicks. Repeat this twice or thrice in a day. You will definitely see the difference. Also, for running/blocked nose use saline water (nasoclear), it is easily available in any medical store. In case you find no difference in twenty four hours, then see a pediatrician. Please do not use adult vicks vapour rub..

Answer: Hello dear. Sorry to hear your babys cold. Here are a few tips: Make sure the baby gets plenty of rest. Offer extra breastfeeds or bottle feeds. Your baby will need plenty of fluids to fight off the infection . Give the correct dose of medicines. Use a humidifier for the room. Run a hot shower, close the door, and sit inside with your child for 15 minutes before bed and again for 15 minutes in the morning. The steam helps loosen chest and nasal congestion, making it easier for kids tocough or blow it out. Giving your little one plenty of fluids helps to prevent dehydration, thin mucus secretions and prevents the mouth and throat from getting too dry. Staying well hydrated also helps your baby cough up the phlegm more easily. Breast milk, formula, plain water, juice and warm soup are all good choices. Take care.

Answer: Hello dear. When you become pregnant, your immune system is likely to change. As a result of these changes, you may contract a cold or a cough at some point during your pregnancy. In addition, your illness may last longer. Place a humidifier in your room, keep your head elevated on your pillow while resting, or use nasal strips. You can take steam or even inhale eucalyptus which gives some relief. Take care.
