Answer: Hi Dear, Following are things you would need while going to hospital for delivery 1) Your hospital papers 2) insurance papers- health Card 3) some Cash 4) Santitary Pads (Carry atleast 4-5 packets). 5) Underwear (carry atleast 3 -4 ) 6) Water bottle (when in labor, you would need one) 7) slippers (when in labor, you might like to walk a bit in hospital ward) 8) Bra (Breastfeeding bra or normal as per your comfort) 9)Toiletries. Don’t forget towels, tissues, hairbrush, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hair clips, and hair ties. Pack a plastic bag to pop dirty clothes in. 10) Muslin clothes for baby/ nappies are provided by hospital 11) Baby caps/socks/mittens 12) Clothes to tie around your ears/ ear plugs (you might need one after delivery). Answer: Hi dear, Yes,it is very important now a days to give enough vitamins .as through breast milk ,the vitamins are not met for baby.if your baby appears pale ,then iron drops are also recommended.
