Question: Which milk is better to give one month old baby buffalo milk or lactogen
Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. Its better to give formula milk like, lactogen, Nan pro or Similac. Buffalo's milk contains high concentrations of protein and minerals, which can tax your baby's immature kidneys. Buffalo's milk doesn't have the right amounts of iron, vitamin C, and other nutrients for infants. Buffalo's milk has to be given only after 1 year, and only after diluting. Take care.

Question: My son is 13 months old my Dr told me to give buffalo milk is good for baby. Which milk is better buffalo or cow
Answer: I will advise you to go for cow milk and that too of dairy and not packaged milk. Buffalo milk causes constipation and gas and stomach pain in lot of babies. because of digestive problems and because the milk is very heavy and concentrated. while starting with cow milk always make sure that you are also starting supplements such as pediasure that will boost the quality of cow milk because cow milk is deficient in iron. so I will request you to start pediasure or good protein powders for your baby that are pediatrician recommended and healthy also start ferrochelate XT 2.5 ml per day this is an iron drop . also make sure when you start with cow milk first -first day dilute the cow milk with 10 ml or 20 ml water depending upon whether you are taking up 100 ml are your taking a 50 ml . and once your baby shows no sign of allergy or lose potty then you are good to go with proper cow milk undiluted. do not worry take care
