Answer: Hello dear, firstly you need enough sleep, you can take concoction of Gur 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper powder a pinch, cumin powder a pinch and 1 cup of water boiled for 5 mins.take this mixture 2 teaspoon for 2 to 3 times a day. Eat hot soup. Keep your self hydrated, drink lots of water. Hope this will help you.
