Have breakfast, within a hour of wake-up ,it will reduce morning sickness,and vomiting or you can have any fruits after waking up in morning
Always have fruits after meal,it will give you more strength and stamina
Drink lemon juice,with salt,sugar it will reduce vomitting
You can boil a piece of ginger,in a glass of water,allow it to boil for five minutes,have it,best remedy for vomitting
For vomiting,you can drink buttermilk,tender coconut,cumin water ,ajwan water it will helps a lot
Avoid oily,spicy food,and packed items too,it will cause indigestion

Sit and eat with your child.

Question: My height is 5 inch...... My weight gain from to 69 Kg to 76 kg.....m worried....m not eating any junk food....eating only fruits....chappati....daal....sabzi and drinking milk only. Why so much weight gain??
Answer: Hi during pregnancy on and average 10 to 12 kg of weight increases. In first trimester about 2 and half kg. 2nd trimester 5kg and third trimester weight increases by two and half kg. So the weight gain is fine. Maintain a well balanced diet and drink lot of water stay hydrated. Take care.
