Question: Hii mera 36 week chal raha he.in usg of 32 weeks baby in breech posistion..kal me doctor se mili. Unhone pet upar se chack karke bola baby ka head upar hi he..kya ab beby posiion change karega..muaze normal dilivary chahiye...

Answer: Hello dear, in breech position it's very risky to go for normal delivery. But as you have time to delivery ,there is a chance to go for normal delivery if baby changes its position. You can do few exercises for normal delivery. These are back stretching, pelvic lift, butterfly exercise, kegal exercise and ofcourse walking for 30 mins. I hope it will help.
Answer: Dear, baby last week me v position change kar sakte h so aap presan na ho, walk kijiye, stairs use kijiye isse help milegi.

Answer: As baby is in breech position c section is compulsory and it's the only safe way for delivery
