Question: Hii...i m 28 weeks pregnant...and my weight is 61 kg...nd in last scan my babys weight is742 g...i want to know that what weight is necessary for helthy pregnancy for baby?
Answer: Hello! Ideally weight gain in pregnancy should not be more than 12-15kgs. If you are overweight, then it is important that you control your weight gain. However, baby's weight gain doesn't depend on the mothers weight gain. Stop all junk food if you take any. Increase the intake of vegetables and fruits. At least take 3-4 servings of both . Have hand full of dry fruits, drink milk, paneer, pulses, curd, soya chunks, eggs. Also take on daily basis 5-6 dates, banana, orange or mosambi juice and urad dal.  Hopefully this helps.  Take care

Answer: Hello,  in the first trimester, it's common to lose weight as the result of morning sickness: The nausea can diminish your appetite, and the vomiting can cause you to miss out on calories. But even so, your baby will get all the necessary calories. do not worry . Hope this helps

Question: Mam I want to ask u that in pregnancy time period will come or not
Answer: Hello, You can't have your menstrual periodwhile you're pregnant.Pregnant women can have some light irregular bleeding during pregnancy, but it should not be like a normal period. It should not be enough bleeding to fill pads or tampons over a few days. If you are bleeding enough to fill pads and tampons, then this would be a good indication that you are probably not pregnant.
