Answer: Hi Dear! My sister got anal fissures which is similar to piles after delivery.. what helped ger was Sitz bath- sitting in lukewarm water 3-4 times /day better to use Epsom salt in it. Eating loads of veggies and drinking lot of water Walking regularly. 2 spoons of Isabgol with warm water every night.. There is a medicine from Himalayas herbal it did help her in constipation, pls visit your Dr. and discuss with him/her and start having..she is much better now.. Hope you find this helpful
