Answer: Hii ...Even i lost weight during my first trimester due to morning sickness and no desire to eat food .I use to eat only fruits and nuts .As you enter 2nd trimester the nausea will fade and u ll feel hungry .,what ever you eat ,take nutritious diet and vitamin supplements .I think there won't be any problem if we lose wt in 15 weeks
