Question: Hi, my weight is 104..got normal delivary 1month before...i want to reduce to reduce my weight while breastfeeding...plss suggest a diet plan without effecting brest milk supply...

Answer: Hii dear, you should take all healthy food products. Start take juicy fruits and fruits with fibre. Avoid taking spicy and oily food as it not good for your baby. Eat little less amount of sweets as sweets tend to increase body weight. Always drink boiled water. To increase breast milk supply you can take lactogen granules or Shatavari. You can also increase cumin (Jeera) quantity in your food. Start walking and easy yoga. Hope this will help.
Answer: As soon as u give birth in 20 days u wipp get rid of some weight. But its difficult to do diet while breast feeding .go for regular exercise . If u maintain diet it may effect ur breast milk.
