Answer: Hi, Dont u said your medical reports are good.hopefully ur thyroid is also good.if u haven't done your TSH test, try to do once.sometimes TSH alteration may interfere with pregnancy.Thyroid is a gland located at our throat regulates our producesThyroxine, T3 and T4 hormones,to produce these it has to be stimulated by TSH , thyroid stimulating hormone that comes from pituitary gland located near our brain ,if TSH levels are altering due to stress or any medical condition ,it cant stimulate Thyroid gland well,it may lead to irregularities in thyroid hormones.

Answer: Hi dear, So sorry that you have to go through this.there are some unknown things that causes infertility.i have a friend who had similar issue.everytjing seems fine, but not able to conceive.its been 6 years of their marriage, now trying for IVF.i. Not saying you should go for IVF now,try for another six months and take doctor opinion about alternative ways of conception.i am sure by now all your scans and blood tests might have been done .I hope you also know about your ovulation dates.if unsure it's better you get your ovulation kit and track it.that way you would be sure when to have intercourse.take a vacation and be stress free.stress of anything like conceiving etc could also hinder your conception have a relaxed trip with your partner,no tension of conceiving etc.chill out and come back and plan again .I hope you would be able to conceive.

Answer: If you plan on getting pregnant, you want to make sure your diet is rich in folic acid and that you are proactive about that now. You can take a supplement, prenatal vitamin, and increase your intake of folic acid-rich foods like fortified whole grains, fortified cereals, vegetables, and citrus fruits. You should be taking in 400-600 mg of folic acid daily before pregnancy and about 800 mg during pregnancy to ensure a healthier pregnancy and minimize risk of birth defects.find out when u ovulating if u already done that just keep on having sex but be relaxed about it if u stress to much it will take longer
