Answer: Oh dear!!! Completely understand what you are going through...For heart burn you can try cold milk or yogurt . Drink mint water. Don't leave yourself in empty stomach as it makes the problem worse. Don't lie down or bend down soon after meal, keep urself upright for a while. Avoid the places where you feel the smells are uncomfortable. Don't try to cook, if you are unable to eat after cooking. Seek help from family. Use lemon water in the morning. Always drink water. Tender coconut water is helpful to prevent vomiting.
