I would advice you to avoid such health drinks,as they are mostly packed with unnecessary sugar an preservatives.though they claim to be providing lot of nutrition,but unnecessary chemicals are just as ons.you can rather make one at home.dry roast dry fruits,sattu,roasted chana daal,wheat,ragi,dry dates.powder it.store it in air tight container.mix this into your milk.add two strands of saffron and drink it daily.you an add little cardamom and jaggery for flavour.if you like chocolate taste,can add little Coco powder too.
