Answer: hi dear! so dear Polyhydramnios is a medical condition describing an excess of amniotic fluid in the amniotic sac. when a fetal urinates it also increases the fluid in the amniotic sac. its completely normal. sometimes the urination increases. there can be other causes for this also like gestational diabetes(diabetes developed during pregnancy) if you dont have this still there is no need to worry. Treatment may include: -Drainage of excess amniotic fluid. Your health care provider may use amniocentesis to drain excess amniotic fluid from your uterus. ... -Medication. Your health care provider may prescribe the oral medication indomethacin (Indocin) to help reduce fetal urine production and amniotic fluid volume. Mild cases of polyhydramnios rarely require treatment and may go away on their own with some medications like indomethacin. but if its severly more then drainage of fluid would be required. dont worry take care! i hope this information was helpful to you!
