Answer: Hello! If stomach pain is too much, then definitely consult the doctor. Also mild stomach pain is common, it happens mainly due to the growing uterus which stretches the muscles and ligaments. As for morning sickness or vomiting, which is again common during pregnancy try these remedies for some relief, 1. consuming more meals per day, with smaller portions may help, especially high-carbohydrate meals.2. pregnant women with morning sickness should try to avoid having an empty stomach.3. Ginger may help reduce nausea symptoms during pregnancy. 4. Take ginger lemon water with honey.5. Stay away from strong smell. during pregnancy, there may be an increase in sensitivity to odors, which might overstimulate normal nausea triggers.6.  mix one teaspoon each of lemon juice and mint juice with one-half teaspoon of ginger juice and one tablespoon of honey. Have this mixture two to three times a day.7. Add five to six drops of ginger juice in a teaspoon of honey. Consume this mixture slowly when you wake up in the morning.8. Press 15 to 20 curry leaves on a sieve to extract the juice.  Add two teaspoons of fresh lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey or sugar and mix it well. 9.  Chew on one teaspoon of fennel seeds after meals to help in the digestion process.10. It has been found that women who drink a glass of water every hour are much less likely to suffer from morning sickness. Try to drink eight to 10 glasses of water daily. Take care

Answer: Hello dear, Some women only have nausea and vomiting in the morning hours, but sickness with pregnancy can happen at any time of the day or night. ... You may feel mildly queasy unless you keep your stomach full, or you may feel severely ill and throw up even after only drinking plain water. Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. Keep yourself calm and take rest. Sometimes hunger  increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, fresh orange juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin.  Also you can have lemon water with black salt.
Answer: Hi Dear, stomach pains in pregnancy are common, especially as your pregnancy progresses. Drink plenty of water and other fluids. If you have a lot of gas, avoid oily, spicy foods and heavy pulses such as rajma or chana that produce gas. You can eat them again when you feel better. A good home remedy for bloating and gas is to boil three or four teaspoons of fennel seeds (saunf) and cumin (jeera) in one litre of water. Cool it and take frequent sips through the day with a bit of sugar to make it tasty....If you are having persistent  abdominal/ stomach pain or cramping, consult your doctor or midwife immediately.

Question: Hi everyone.. Iam 20 weeks pregnant and going to my hometown through flight... Suggest me some precautions and tips pls
Answer: hello.. dear.. As long as there are no identified complications or concerns with your pregnancy, it is generally safe to travel at all times during your pregnancy. The ideal time to travel during pregnancy is the second trimester. In most cases, you are past the morning sickness of the first trimester and several weeks from the third stage of pregnancy when you are more easily fatigued. Well, the golden rule is that since every pregnancy is unique; consult your doctor before making this decision. Only the doctor alone knows how much at risk you and your baby are and what mode of travel during pregnancy will suit you the best.
