31 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi.i m 31 weeks 3 days pregnant.in usg it shows 32 weeks 3 days.also my baby is breech.my afi is 12 cm.wei is 2.1 kg.plz tell how to change babys position.anything else to worry.plz reply.

Answer: Hello, your baby weight things completely ok . Most of woman does want to have a planned vaginal delivery with a breech pregnancy, you might still have a chance to have a safe delivery with your gynaecologist . Overall though, most gynaecologist would prefer to take the safest route possible, so a cesarean is considered the preferred method of delivery for women with breech pregnancies. Place a pillow under your hips and have your knees bent. Repeat up to three times a day for 10 minutes at a time. Try to do this when you have a reasonably empty tummy and when your baby is active. Hope this helps.
