20 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi i m 21 week pregnant..i feel little pain in my lower abdomen often..it is not severe...but i feel more difficulty in moving after sleeping or sitting for a time...is it normal?

Question: I am having pain on right side of my lower abdomen . Its not severe but it pains while changing position in sleep or after sitting long time
Answer: Hello mumma, Some times this maybe a round ligament pain which occurs due to increase size of the uterus the nearby ligaments and muscles gets stretched causing the pain.
