Answer: Is there a sign of Hematoma or translucency observed in your scan ? this probably can be a minor Hematoma also confirm did you see any bleeding few days back? if you're so bleeding you should have reported that is what your doctor might mean while cautioning you ? so like how could you have missed it ---so probably you could have missed it if you thought the pains to be normal did you got any cramping pain ? then mild bleeding or just one two spots bleeding it is always important to speak to you gynae again if you see bleeding after 8 weeks and also if this was your first scan then do not worry that could have been no way you could have identified if there was something wrong until and unless the symptoms would have appeared which you could have dismissed thinking of normal pregnancy symptoms but be watch full now on if you feel stomach cramps or see mild bleeding or spotting or if you feel sharp shooting pain in abdomen then you must immediately see your doctor the next day take care
