Here are some ways in which you can reduce tummy naturally:
1. Eat healthy
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Breastfeeding: You will have to breastfeed your baby exclusively for the first six months after a C-section. This will help to reduce the belly fat

Question: hi guys most of them saying over weight is not possible for normal delivery now 36 week 4 day my weight was 76.2 now, and am going for walk and doing some exercise can anyone say me is their any way
Answer: Dear firstly dont try to reduce weight too much but try to maintain the weight. Dont to dieting or fasting or too much exercise to lose weight because this can make you weak and you need a lot of energy during pregnancy and yoru baby needs nutrients. So just maintain your weight and health by healthy diet and normal exercise and do not over-eat. Avoid junk, fatty and oily food. Avoid milk products like cheese. Some people who are over-weight can have normal delivery. But my cousin who was 78kg had normal delivery.
