When the placenta is developed at the back wall of the uterus it is considered posterior placenta.This happens when the fertilised egg travels through the fallopian tube and attaches itself on the back or posterior side of the uterus.As of now,unless there is placenta pervia than there is a matter of concern. Than you will have to be very careful and take precautions,to avoid complications and bleeding.

Answer: Hi dear for low lying placenta you have to be careful you should not lift weights you should take more rest. Do not do any work that will cause strain to the body. it will cause bleeding. take complete bed rest, placenta will become i correct position. Nothing to worry dear.
