Question: Hi sisters in my scan report the placenta is seen over the posterior wall what's that its any problem ?
Answer: Hi,that's not a problem . When the placenta is developed at the back wall of the uterus it is considered posterior placenta. This happens when the fertilised egg travels through the fallopian tube and attaches itself on the back or posterior side of the uterus. As of now, unless there is placenta pervia than there is a matter of concern. Than you will have to be very careful and take precautions,to avoid complications and bleeding.
