Answer: Hi dear, i also had abdominal cramps very often during my pregnancy. Upon checking doctor told it is due to uterus expansion. I had it like period cramps most of the time and it is completely normal. Do not worry and rush to hospital if there is any bleeding accompanying pain. Also urine colour changes in pregnancy and which is normal too. Some ppl say urine colour depicts gender of baby. Like dark yellow ones are said to be indication of carrying a male baby.

Question: Im getting pain in right lower abdomen is it normal?
Answer: Hello dear, Round ligament pain can be concerning and uncomfortable. But it is considered normal as your body changes during pregnancy. The symptoms of round ligament pain include a sharp, sudden spasm in the belly. It usually affects the right side, but it may happen on both sides.... Avoid movements that make the ligament painworse, such as reaching or stretching too far. Change positions. Try flexing your knees toward your stomach, or lying on your side with one pillow under your belly for support and another pillow between your legs. Slow down.

Question: Im experiencing lower abdomen pain..is it normal?please reply
Answer: Hello dear. Some abdominal pain during pregnancy is normal: After all, your organs are constantly shifting, your uterus is expanding, and your ligaments are stretching. However if the pain is severe and unbearable, you'll have to contact your gynecologist immediately. Few of the remedies are : Sit down, put your feet up, and relax. Resting comfortably should relieve your symptoms. A hot water bottle or heating pad might help. Drink lots of liquids. When you do feel a pain, bend towards the pain to relieve it. Take care.
