Answer: Hi dear, Fundal placenta is nothing but th position of placenta in uterus.when the placenta is attached at the top of the uterus wall it is called fundal placenta.if it attaches in front ,it's called anterior fundal,if it attaches at back,it's called posterity fundal.posterior fundal is the best position,as the baby movements can be felt better and it won't block the birth canal. Breech position in later stages of pregnancy is quite panicky,as there is less scope of baby to move and change position.but there are some exercises that could be effective: 1- breech tilt exercises. try to elevate your pelvic region,by placing few pillows underneath.make sure your pelvic region is atleast 9 inches above your head.this would make baby's chest touching his chin and baby could somersault,and go head down.do this 3 times a day for 10 minutes on empty stomach or when the baby is active. 2- knee to chest leaning This is to make your uterus expand a bit to make room for baby's head.you need to kneel down and bend your arms and place it on ground.also rest your chin on arms fold.this would help baby to somersault again.do this twice a day for 10 minutes 3-swimming helps too 4- hot and cold compress alternatively could help baby to react to temperature and move 5- keep some music playing at lower pevic region.sound vibrations too help baby to move a round. 6- last option is ECV which is actually performed post 37 weeks when baby can no longer change his position.it quite painful,as doctors relaxes the uterus with medication and pushes the lower abdomen with some force to manually change baby's position.my aunt had got this done prior to delivery.again people with complicated cannot go through this process. If nothing works ,then c section is the only way to deliver as normal delivery is highly dangerous for breech baby.Also refer the healofy app for daily updates on baby development and growth,as well as pregnancy care.it also gives you enormous info on post delivery baby care and diet.donot miss out!
