Question: Hi I'm 14 weeks pregnant. Always I feel hungry. I feel uncontrollable hungryness. When I eat little spicy food immediately my throat gives burning sensation.

Answer: you will feel hungry often which is quite common . split your meal and have them at intervals for every 2 to 3 hours . drink juice that keeps your tummy full . take food with good amount of fibre that keeps you energized and full for few hours .. you can also eat boiled Chana , and other peas varieties .. you leave too much gap between your food intake you may feel that burning sensation . you can also avoid foods that are more spicy because suppose if you vomit after taking spicy foods your throat may pain much and cause irritation and burning sensation for prolonged hours. it is always better to avoid spicy food if you have burning sensation . don't worry about your calories or the number of times you eat. remember you are eating for two and not one . you can have fruits salad and juices anytime...
