Question: I have severe tooth ache ....is there any home remedies to get rid of it
Answer: WARM WATER RINSE Brushing and flossing are important to everyone's daily routine, but these simple self-care tips can prevent more severe dental problems for a pregnant woman. The National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center recommends that a pregnant woman rinse with water after every meal when brushing isn't possible. The Mayo Clinic suggests that using warm water to rinse can help soothe a toothache and possibly remove any particles stuck between the teeth that could cause discomfort. Adding a teaspoon of salt may further assist in cleansing the area. Flossing regularly can prevent such pain if it is due to food lodged between the teeth. ANTISEPTIC A number of over-the-counter antiseptics can numb the gums and provide temporary pain relief. Benzocaine can be applied directly to an irritated tooth or to gums. Pregnant women should consult a doctor to find out whether use of this medicine is permissible. A natural antiseptic solution called oil of cloves can provide temporary pain relief as well. COMPRESSION Warm or cold compression can sometimes provide temporary relief for a toothache. A warm washcloth or water bottle can be applied to the side of the face where the pain persists. A cold cloth or pack of ice may also provide relief by numbing the area; this method can be used as often as necessary. The March of Dimes suggests applying ice to the gums when they become sore after brushing.

Question: Hello doctor. Is there any home remedies to get rid of vaginal infection. Im using lactaacid wash but i want home remedies as well. Its very irritating.
Answer: Hello! Try these home remedies, it will definitely help you. Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar is a good remedy for treating vaginal itching due to its antibacterial and antifungal properties. It also helps restore the natural pH balance of your vagina. Add 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Use this solution to wash your vagina twice daily for a few days. Also, add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of raw honey to a glass of warm water and drink it twice daily. 2. Cold Compress To get instant relief from vaginal itching, use a cold compress. It will help numb the area and reduce the itching and inflammation. Wrap a few ice cubes in a clean cloth and tie it together. Put this ice pack on your vagina for a few minutes. Take a break for 30 seconds and reapply it. Repeat until the itching stops. Use this remedy as needed. You can also rinse the vaginal area with cold water a few times a day. 3. Salt Water Bath Enjoying a salt-water bath can also relieve vaginal itching. Salt will control the growth of the microbes causing the infection and in turn reduce itching and other discomforts. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a glass of water and use it to wash your vagina whenever you feel the itch. This will give you instant relief. Alternatively, fill your bathtub with warm water and add ½ cup of salt to it. Sit in the water in a squatting position for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat 2 or 3 times daily for a few days for best results. Note: Do not use salt remedies if you have any skin tears or open sores. Also follow these.. Wear breathable cotton underwear and avoid tight pants, especially synthetic ones. Try sleeping without underwear at night to allow air to get to your genital area. If you prefer to wear something to bed, a nightgown without underwear allows more air circulation than pajama bottoms. Don't use bubble baths, perfumed soaps, scented laundry detergent, or feminine hygiene sprays. It's not clear whether these products contribute to yeast infections, but it's best to avoid them because they can cause genital irritation. Clean your genital area gently with warm water every day.  Change your underwear after exercising if you break a sweat. Always wipe from front to back. Eat yogurt that contains a live culture of Lactobacillus acidophilus, which can help maintain the proper bacterial balance in your gut and vagina. Take care
