Question: Hi I have delivered my baby which is 16 Days older now.. I'm feeding baby but there is not much of milk supply.. So can u give me suitable remedy for it.

Answer: Initially the breast milk supply will be less dear and it will increase as your baby's appetite increases... However adding foods like lauki palak and dill leaves to your daily diet will help improve lactation..
