Answer: Hi dear, Nausea and vomiting as we know is quite common in pregnancy especially in 1st trimester.but some women can get in 2nd trimester and some continue till delivery.the pregnancy hormones to be blamed.but also depends on each body.many donot even get any nausea the entire pregnancy.how lucky!.no need to worry much about your own weight, your baby will be safe and can get nutrients from your saved storage. You can help yourself during nausea by following the tips: 1- eat smaller meals.but eat frequently.as the digestion process slows down due to the growth of baby, eating smaller meals puts less stress to stomach 2- eat non spicy food and eating nuts can releave nausea 3- stay away from caffeine.it triggers nausea 4- eat less salt in food to avoid bloating 5- sniff lemon it refreshes the air around you 6- eating cold food sometimes prevent nausea by not triggering the intense smell of food 7- chew ginger and ajwain 8-drink plenty of water 9-take rest to calm your body 10-If nothing helps, take anti nausea meds, consult your doctor for that.

Answer: Hello dear, Morning sickness can come back at the middle or end and you can have a 'clear out' before labour but if you've been feeling rubbish, I think it's more likely a virus or something you've eaten. Nausea and vomiting are usually part of healthy pregnancy. It typically goes away by the middle of the second trimester but some pregnant lady face them throughout pregnancy. I am sending some simple remedies to get rid of this problem. You can also try this. Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. Keep yourself calm and take rest. Sometimes hunger  increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, fresh orange juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin.  Also you can have lemon water with black salt. Hope it helped, Take care urself....

Question: I am prepreagnant and i have soo much back and body pain i can't eat any thing i fell vomit but can't vomit feeling soo tired plzz help me
Answer: Back and leg pain in pregnancy is generally normal and you do not need to be worried about it if it is mild or moderate .It is caused due to ligaments getting stretched due to the expanding uterus, the effect of relaxin hormone which causes relaxation of ligaments and joints loosening, sciatic nerve compression is the most common reason of leg pain .It begins in the lower back and runs down the lower limb.Warm compresses can be given to your back and lower limb to get relief from the pain.Avoid slouching and maintain a proper posture while sitting, standing and also while sleeping.Place a pillow between your legs and lying down on the side is recommended.Do not sit or stand in a place for long.Keep moving often. It is recommended for lowering the extent of pain.In case the pain is severe or is accompanied with bleeding, visit your gynaecologist soon.
