walnut bread with ½ cup milk or ½ - 1 slice fruit.
1 full wheat bread roll.
½ cup veg khichri with vegetables like carrots, peas and potatoes.
1 cup fruit (mango, banana or strawberry) milkshake.
¼ cup aloo curry and soya granules with 1 chapatti or ½ cup rice.
1 chapatti or parantha with ¼ cup matar paneer .

1 slice of whole wheat bread topped with chopped vegetables like cottage cheese, capsicum, beans, onions and tomatoes.
½-1 small parantha with ¼ cup paneer kofta curry.
Small vegetable pizza with capsicum, tomatoes and and cheese topping.

This question is for my friend, she is a lactating mother of 25 days, but she is still suffering from constipation prb and insufficient milk production, menthi seeds will induce milk bt i heard it causes constipation, so could u plz suggest food to increase milk generation without causing constipation ??

Choose whole grain cerealsbased food which are full of nutrients and fibres like brown bread wheat and most important oatmeal it is very helpful and breast milk production
Introduce some dairy products like yogurt ,glass of milk , cheese paneer daily
Protein like eggs or pulses, chickpeas
Include plenty of fruits and vegetables like spinach carrot , sweet potato, drumsticks, all type of gourds
You can also have fennel seeds (saunf) with your vegetable seasoning or pop in as a mouth freshener it is very good to increase the breast milk production
cumin seeds that is jeera powder is also known to boost the milk supply you can have cumin powder in butter milk or curd
Take daily dose of dry fruits like Almonds cashew nut Walnuts etc along with this calcium Vitamin D and iron tablets for the quality milk production will help in the growth of your baby also
Most important ,drink lots and lots of water
If nothing is working then you can also ask your doctor about lactonic granules which are very helpful to increase the breast milk
Question: Hi moms is it good my 2 month old. Enjoys watching tv. That too if i switch off the tv she starts crying. And also i worried that she gets crossed eye due to this also her grand father had crossed eye. How can i make her not to see tv. Is it a good sign.
