Dear constipation is quite normal in pregnancy,but it is should be cured as soon as possible,To avoid constipation do following things..
Have a fiber rich foods that includes wholewheat,oats, grains and cereals,can have oats or millet varieties lot will be effective in reducing constipation
Include lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet,include it in the form of sabji,porriyal,salad,you can drink beetroot juice regularly it prevents against constipation and also prevents Anemia
Eat guava with breakfast it will help a lot, because it has lot of fibre will held lot in constipation
Make a habit of eating figs and prunes daily ,start your day with having soaked dry fruits it will relieve you from constipation
Drink lot of water,stay yourself hydrated,also include fresh juice ,can also have veggies soup best remedy for constipation
Banana smoothie,figs smoothie will be more effective in reducing constipation.
If it persist ,it is better to consult doctor,they will prescribe laxative..

Answer: I faced the same constipation issue during pregnancy and after consulting doctor they told it is mainly caused by hormonal changes. Few remedies which I used and helped me to get relief is to squeeze half a lemon into a glass of warm water.Add honey to taste and consume this daily.Consume a cup of plain yogurt.Take a glass of warm water and add a tablespoon each of honey and apple cider vinegar to it. Mix well and consume this solution. Hope this will help!

Answer: Hi.. Drink plenty of fluids. Aim to walk or exercise for at least 30 minutes.Take more fiber supplements.Eliminate as much stress as possible.Avoid taking Fried foods, excess sweets,cabbage, cauliflower,beans ,Chan's Dal etc.Boil sauf, jeera and methi in 1 litre of water and have it by adding little ginger juice in it especially after having food.
