Answer: Hi dear during pregnancy you should gain at least 8 kgs for normal development of baby. As your fetal growth is normal then there is nothing to worry about. Eat more more protein rich diet like milk and dairy products, lentils, legumes, soyabean, egg, Fish, chicken in your regular diet. Hope it helps.
