Question: Hellow mam, im in 3 rd month of my pregnancy. Can i eat egg and banana? People suggesting me not to eat them. Is it safe?

U can have banana during pregnancy but have in moderation as it can cause constipation.

    And one more thing my Hb level is 9.6... any problems do I have??

Answer: Eat 1 hard boiled egg per day & eat banana it is all safe dear.. Not to take worry about it.. But don't eat soft boiled eggs..
