6 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hello mam, my current weight is 85 kgs and I'm just 1 month and 10 days pregnant. Can u please suggest me the healthy meal plan for not gaining too much weight and also please suggest me the exercise and yoga for the same?

Answer: hi dear first of all congratulations on your pregnancy I would suggest you to please do not be anxious unnecessarily or think negative AC we all know that during pregnancy a minimum of 11 to 15 kgs of weight gain is normal for a woman now since you have started your pregnancy with a with an increased weight it is going to increase father as we all know but yes a little conscious diet I will help you do diet chart is based on your weight and your height and if there is any particular condition in your pregnancy or not, but yes I can suggest you a few things which can be maintained to have a balanced weight gain and not much you need to keep few things in mind do not overeat whenever you feel hungry then only you can eat avoid all kinds of sugar carbonated drinks and fried restaurant on junk food from your diet completely and have more fibre and protein food use less carbs in your diet, try to be more active walk on a daily basis at least twice a day for 15-20 minutes, if you are able to maintain these few things I am sure they will be healthy weight gain with healthy and nutritional food and you will do fine ..
