34 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hello mam, my 34 week is running and baby weight is 2234 gm ,is it ok?baby position is breech ,please tell what should i do for anterior position of baby for normal veginal delivery?and next week i will have to travel for one day to go for mothers home.can i ? Please give suggestion

Answer: Hello, your baby weight things completely ok . Most of woman does want to have a planned vaginal delivery with a breech pregnancy, you might still have a chance to have a safe delivery with your gynaecologist . Overall though, most gynaecologist would prefer to take the safest route possible, so a cesarean is considered the preferred method of delivery for women with breech pregnancies. Place a pillow under your hips and have your knees bent. Repeat up to three times a day for 10 minutes at a time. Try to do this when you have a reasonably empty tummy and when your baby is active.  If you are travelling by road find the route is good without any potholes or jerks you can try travelling for half an hour or so but train travel or flight travel is much more safe than by road travel. Answer: Hi, There is still time, your baby can still change its position and get to the ideal cephalic or head down position till about 36 weeks. Not all breech babies have to be delivered by c section , normal delivery can still be possible. Talk to your doctor regarding it.
