Answer: Hello dear If ur breast is paining then there can be various reasons for it. 1. Baby is not able to latch ur breast properly 2. Tight breast as there are too much milk in it. Cover breasts with warm, wet towel for 10-15 minutes. The warmth increases blood circulation, reducing pain.

Question: hello, im 23 week's pregnant ..i have so much pain at my back side, n also pain in my toe side and in legs ,what should I do
Answer: Hello dear this is normal in pregnancy don't worry.. With that bump comes excess weight and pressure on your joints and ligaments. The second trimester is when most people begin to experience back pain and may feel joint and pelvic pain. As your pregnancy progresses, these aches and pains become more pronounced — if you don’t manage them. But with a little effort and some healthy exercises and tips, these little pains can become manageable. Most women’s posture changes as their belly grows and they begin to lean back, which makes their back muscles become strained. A big culprit is the pregnancy hormone relaxin, which does what it sounds like — it relaxes and loosens your joints and muscles to help the baby make its way out of your lower body. The added weight bearing down on loosened joints and ligaments can create all sorts of aches and pains — usually moderate, but in some cases severe. We suggests heating pads and warm baths or showers and prenatal massage. Regular exercise will not only help relieve pain and help your body get back into proper alignment, it will also help strengthen your body .Wearing some sort of maternity belt for extra support will give you relief in back pain. Leg pain is any minor to major discomfort in one or both of your legs.Well, the weight of your growing uterus can push on the sciatic nerve and cause pain to run down the back of your leg. It could also just be leg cramps (most common in the third trimester) — but it could also be something more severe, like deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or uterine fibroids, so let your doctor know. Take a walk every day (unless your healthcare provider has advised you not to exercise). Lie down on your left side to improve circulation to and from your legs. Drink water regularly to stay hydrated during the day. Try a warm bath before bed to relax your muscles.

Question: Hello my one breast is heavier than other and it also have pain i am feeding and sqeeze out all milk but nothing work what should i do . I feel uncomfrtabl please suggest some thing
Answer: Hi dear, Looks like it is due to breast engorgement.the the only way to confirm is post feeding how your breasts feel.as you said they feel heavier.Breast engorgement happens when the supply is excessive and demand is less . initially most pregnant women suffers from this as breasts gets filled with milk but the baby starts to latch late and learns to suck.but you could manually extract milk out.it becomes fine after the body adjusts to baby's needs.if squeezing out not working, place a warm wet cloth on that breast for few minutes.you can also place a cabbage leaf on that breast.also note if you feel feverish.that could be the sign of infection.
