Question: Iam facing severe acidity problem and breathing issue is there something to worry
Answer: Hi Dear! Acidity is very common in pregnancy as your metabolism gets slow as your intestine is pushed by the uterus, and breathing issue could be due to heavyness.. Since you have just completed the first trimester it is common. Keep something to eat besides bed while sleeping at night. First thing in the morning put something in mouth and chew properly for a minute or so (lying on bed itself) and then get up and sit ..it helps a lot in settling down acidity and gastritis. *Cold milk without sugar.. 2 3 sips after every hour, vanilla icecream. *I had major acidity during pregnancy. Dont have spicy food, have small frequent meals, and Chilled milk in small sips, eat saunf after meals help alot, avoid canned juices, have coconut water, chewing gum can give temporary relief, you should have dinner early at least 1.5-2 hours before sleep can drink a glass of cold milk before sleeping. Dont worry it will get better in 2nd trimester and i would suggest you to check the BP and discuss the breathing issue with Dr. if it increases.. Good luck!

Question: I m in my 18th week.I m facing breathing problem tired. Is it normal or something serious
Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. The cause for shortness of breath is progesterone, a hormone that increases during pregnancy. High progesterone levels cause pregnant women to breathe faster. The rise in progesterone begins early in pregnancy, and the shortness of breath it causes. Usually it's nothing to be concerned about, but it's best to check with your doctor, since lots of things can cause shortness of breath. Take care.

Question: Facing difficulty in breathe, like asthma. Is it common or do I need to worry.
Answer: Hello dear As a normal part of pregnancy, your breathing may be affected by the increase in the hormone progesterone, which causes you to breathe in more deeply. 5 ways to reduce shortness of breath during pregnancy : 1. Good posture: Keep your back and shoulders straight to give your lungs room to expand as much as possible. 2. Extra pillows: If breathlessness is disturbing your sleep, be comfortable with more pillows. 3. Eat healthily: Being overweight can make breathing even harder, so eat a healthy diet to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight. 4. Yoga: Breathing exercises that are taught during yoga classes may help you control your breathing better.
