Question: My 5 month baby which food i can start other than breastfeeding ?
Answer: Mothers are usually recommended to exclusively breastfeed for their baby’s first six months. After six months, breastmilk alone doesn't provide your baby with enough nutrients, particularly iron, so you will need to gradually introduce other foods. Waiting until six months to introduce your baby to solid food protects her health. It reduces the chance that she will develop allergies or pick up an infection from food.
Question: My baby is 4. Month old. Should i give her solid food from this month? I have to join office . If yes then from which solid food i should start!!
Answer: No Dear. No solids from 4 months. You need to start semi solids once your baby completes 6 months. Not before that. You can pump your breastmilk for your baby and store it so that baby can have it during the day. Or you can opt for formula milk. From 5th month you can start with daal ka pani or rice water for your baby. Hope it helps.
