Answer: hi that's completely ok you can go to profiles and you can change your date and enter the correct date however you should have a healthy diet which should provide you proper nutrition have a high protein rich diet you should have pulses chicken and eggs you should also have protein powder added to your milk please have at least two glasses of milk because milk is a rich source of calcium which is required by you are by you and the proper growth of the baby however you should take more of Milk products you should also take food which is rich in Folic acid which is very important are you should also take green vegetables and fruits have at least 3 to 4 servings of fruits make sure you keep yourself well hydrated drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily along with the Fluids this will also help to keep you energetic you should do proper check up with the doctor and all take all the prenatal supplements as suggested by your doctor which is important for the proper growth and development of the baby and for to maintain in your body
