Question: Done my Anomaly scan yesterday.. I have anterior upper placenta with Grade2.. I am scared it in 19th week.. please give the correct meaning...

Answer: Hello dear. Anterior placenta would be fine, nothing to worry. It wouldn't cause any harm. The placenta develops wherever the fertilised egg embeds in your womb. An anterior placenta is positioned on the front wall of your womb, on your belly side. Grade II means that the placenta is starting to calcify usually happens in the third trimester and really isn't anything to worry about. Take care.

    This is my second trimester... thats why i scared about grade 2..
