Try not to over exert your body during exercise. Walking is one of the simplest and safest exercise pregnant women can do. Try to go for a walk for half an hour or so along with exercise it will elevate your mood also. Avoid jumping as it increase the pressure on abdominal muscle Before doing yoga u should always consult your doctor as it depends on your baby's position in the womb. Never ever try yoga without your doctor's consent.
