Answer: Use safe means of travelling..such as cars ..ask the driver to go slowly on speed breaker and potholes. If u get Work from home , talk to ur office ppl and Work from home for few days of week. One can't quit job just because one is pregnant. Travel safe..don't do heavy lifting at work.try to take things smooth and don't take lot of stress on ur head..try to talk to colleagues and listen to some songs while working.occasionally go fetch some water to drink and bathroom breaks. U can get through safe don't worry

Answer: Hi dear...Its better to avoid auto nd bike during pregnancy period.Four wheelers are better to travel in this time..U can catch a bus for traveling...Thats not a problem...drink plenty of water while traveling...take proper rest
