Dear A Hajmola is made up of black pepper, long pepper, ginger, lemon, cumin seeds, sugar, black salt, rock salt, etc. As far as the ingredients of Hajmola goes, all these are also part of our day to day diet, even in pregnancy. So we don’t think its unsafe to consume. However, it should not be eaten every now and then.. Do not over eat it..

Answer: No its better to eat amla its rich in vitamin c Hajmola is formed of all digestive items garam masala n all its better to avoid these things atleast in first trimester
