Answer: Bitter gourd despite having many health benefits...is not allowed to be eaten during pregnancy as it can cause uterine contractions which can lead to miscarriage or preterm birth of your baby...so please avoid eating it during the first two trimester of pregnancy..
Answer: Bitter gourd should be avoided as much as possible so you can take little bit but otherwise it get simulate the cervix and is not safe during pregnancy
