Question: Can i drink cow milk with tea leaf because i dont like milk at all but tea is ok

Answer: Yes dear U can have Tea in pregnancy. There is no harm in having it but have in moderation because it contains caffeine which can be harmful to baby. Drinking milk is very necessary in pregnancy to have an adequate amount of calcium. But if u don't like milk then better is to have a variety of other calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, dark leafy greens almonds and calcium-fortified orange juice.
