Answer: no you can include almond and walnut to your diet it will not harm your baby you can also add other dried fruits like cashews and raisins .. you can also add A mix of dry fruits and have few at a time ... but since during pregnancy it may take longer time for you to digest do have it at the morning time and do not eat more bcoz sometimes it may delay your digestion and the may cause you acidity .. include dates and raisins as well so that you can keep your HB content at a very good range
