Question: Can I exercise for reduction of lower body.. Eg squat, lunges.... Or suggest me some tips for reduction of thighs and hips....

Answer: Dear as I can see you are already 10 weeks pregnant.. At this stage you are not suppose to do any exercise apart from walking... Later also you need to consult the doctor and then go for exercise... As for the reduction of hips and thighs it is not possible in pregnancy as it will increase... So don't stress about it much dear.
